摘要
目的:探索BOPPPS联合以案例为导向的教学模式(case-based learning,CBL)在体外心肺复苏培训班中的应用效果。方法:回顾性收集参加2025年南京医科大学第一附属医院(江苏省人民医院)两期培训班的学员资料,统计考核成绩、自评情况及课程满意度,探讨BOPPPS联合CBL教学模式的应用效果。结果:共纳入156例参加培训的学员,实验组63例,对照组93例,2组学员在年龄、医护比例、职称、学历等方面差异无统计学意义。自评及满意度调查共发放问卷156份,收回138份,回收率88.5%。与对照组比较,实验组对BOPPPS联合CBL教学模式给予了很高的评价,认为理论课程的授课清晰易懂,在理论知识方面有明显提升,对培训班整体满意程度更高(P<0.05)。结论:BOPPPS联合CBL教学模式有效提升了体外心肺复苏培训的质量,尤其在理论教学方面表现出独特优势。
Objective To evaluate the application and effectiveness of the BOPPPS integrated with the case-based learning(CBL)teaching model in extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation(ECPR)training.Methods Data were retrospectively collected from trainees who participated in two ECPR training courses conducted by the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University(Jiangsu Province Hospital)in 2025.Assessment scores,self-evaluation outcomes,and course satisfaction surveys were statistically analyzed to assess the effectiveness of implementing the BOPPPS combined with the CBL teaching approach.Results A total of 156 trainees were included,comprising 63 participants in the experimental group and 93 participants in the control group.No statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of age,doctor-to-nurse ratio,professional titles,or educational backgrounds.A total of 156 self-evaluation and satisfaction questionnaires were distributed,with 138 successfully collected,yielding a response rate of 88.5%.Compared with the control group,the experimental group demonstrated a more favorable perception of the BOPPPS-CBL integrated teaching model,reporting that the theoretical instruction was clear,well-structured,and easy to comprehend.Significant improvements in theoretical knowledge were observed,along with higher overall satisfaction with the training program(P<0.05).Conclusion The BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching model demonstrated a positive impact on the quality of ECPR training,particularly in enhancing theoretical understanding and learner engagement.
