摘要
目的了解麻醉科护士临床决策意识的现状及其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表,护理临床决策意识量表对550名麻醉科护士进行调查,对不同特征麻醉科护士临床决策意识得分进行单因素分析,多重线性回归分析麻醉科护士临床决策意识的影响因素。结果麻醉科护士临床决策意识的总分为(143±16)分,各维度得分:寻找解决问题的方法(34±4)分、确定解决问题的目标(36±4)分、反复评价实施效果(35±4)分、再次搜索相关信息(37±5)分。单因素分析显示,差异有统计学意义的自变量有性别、年龄、婚姻状况、是否有子女、工作年限、职称、人事关系、临床角色、是否主动从事麻醉护理工作、收入满意度、工作量是否超负荷、同事关系是否融洽、近3年外出学习次数(均P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,临床角色、收入满意度、工作量是否超负荷是麻醉科护士临床决策意识的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论麻醉科护士临床决策意识评分中等偏上水平,护理管理人员可以通过加强麻醉科护士的专科教育和培训、提高麻醉科护士的福利待遇、降低麻醉科护士的工作负荷等方法提升麻醉科护士的临床决策意识水平,为患者提供更好的护理服务,保证患者的安全与健康。
ObjectiveTo understand the current status of clinical decision-making awareness among anesthesia nurses and its influencing factors.MethodsA total of 550 anesthesia nurses were surveyed using a general information questionnaire and the Clinical Decision-Making in Nursing Scale.Univariate analysis was performed on the clinical decision-making awareness scores of anesthesia nurses with different characteristics,while multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to explore the influencing factors of clinical decision-making awareness among anesthesia nurses.ResultsThe total score for clinical decision-making awareness among anesthesia nurses was(143±16).The scores for each dimension were showed as follows:seeking problem-solving methods(34±4),determining problem-solving goals(36±4),evaluating the effectiveness of implementation(35±4),and searching for relevant information again(37±5).Univariate analysis indicated that gender,age,marital status,whether they had children,years of work experience,professional title,personnel relationships,clinical role,whether they actively engaged in anesthesia nursing,income satisfaction,work overload,colleague relationships,and the number of times they attended external training in the past three years were all significant factors(all P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that clinical role,income satisfaction,and work overload were significant influencing factors of clinical decision-making awareness among anesthesia nurses(all P<0.05).ConclusionsThe clinical decision-making awareness scores of anesthesia nurses are moderately high.Nursing managers can improve anesthesia nurses'clinical decision-making awareness by strengthening specialized education and training,enhancing welfare benefits,and reducing work overload,thereby providing better nursing services and ensuring patient safety and health.
