摘要
缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)是影响脑卒中、缺血性心肌病、器官移植和大创伤等患者术后生存率的主要危险因素。铁死亡在逆转IRI中起着重要作用,其中铁死亡的重要调控分子谷胱甘肽过氧化酶4(GPX4)的高表达可以显著逆转IRI的发生发展进程。文章就GPX4分子结构、功能及其在IRI中的作用进行综述,以期寻找提高相关疾病患者术后生存率的新方法。
One significant risk factor influencing the postoperative survival of patients with serious trauma,ischemic cardiomyopathy,stroke,and organ transplantation is ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI).According to studies,ferroptosis is crucial for reversing IRI,and the onset and progression of IRI can be considerably halted by high expression of glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4),the primary regulator of ferroptosis.To identify novel strategies for enhancing the postoperative survival rate of patients with associated disorders,this paper examines the molecular makeup and function of GPX4 as well as its role in IRI.
