摘要
骨盆骨折常由高能量损伤引起,约占全身骨折的3%。早期复位与固定是重建骨盆稳定性的关键。传统切开复位内固定存在创伤大、术中出血量多、并发症发生风险高等局限性。近年来,随着科技的进步和理念的转变,骨盆骨折微创治疗术式越来越多,如闭合解锁复位、机器人辅助技术、3D打印辅助技术等。这些技术显著提升了骨盆骨折治疗的精准性与安全性,但不同术式的临床效果仍需进一步探讨。本文拟对目前骨盆骨折微创治疗的现状进行综述,分析各种微创治疗方式的优势及存在问题,以期为临床实践提供参考。
Pelvic fractures are often caused by high-energy injuries,accounting for approximately 3%of all fractures.Prompt reduction and fixation are crucial to restoring pelvic stability.Traditional open reduction techniques have such limitations as extensive trauma,excessive intraoperative bleeding and a high risk of complications.In recent years,technological advancements and conceptual evolution have led to an increasing number of minimally invasive surgical approaches in the treatment of pelvic fractures,including unlocking closed reduction technique,and robot-assisted and 3D printing-assisted surgical procedures.These techniques have significantly enhanced precision and safety of the pelvic fracture treatment.However,the clinical efficacy still requires further exploration for different surgical approaches.This article reviews the current status of minimally invasive treatment for pelvic fractures,and analyzes advantages and existing problems of the various minimally invasive treatment methods,in order to provide references for clinical practice.
