摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)、傅里叶变红外光谱(FT-IR)和橡胶加工分析仪等表征分析对三种不同硅烷(TESPT、NXT、IMLV)在天然橡胶/白炭黑混炼胶中的硅烷化反应及其对材料性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:添加了硅烷的混炼胶挥发物含量显著增加,且不同硅烷混炼胶挥发组分中的乙醇挥发量存在显著差异。硅烷化反应效率受到温度影响显著,不同硅烷的反应下限温度存在明显差距,IMLV在降低乙醇挥发量的同时,表现出较好的偶联效果。
It was investigated that the silane coupling reactions of three distinct silanes(TESPT,NXT,and IMLV)in natural rubber/silica composites and their impacts on material properties using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and a rubber process analyzer(RPA).The results indicated that the addition of silanes significantly increased the volatile organic compound(VOC)content in the composites,with substantial differences observed in ethanol emissions among the silane-modified systems.The efficiency of the silane coupling reactions was highly temperature-dependent,and distinct threshold temperatures were identified for each silane.Notably,IMLV demonstrated superior coupling effectiveness while simultaneously reducing ethanol volatilization,highlighting its potential for optimizing interfacial interactions between silica and the rubber matrix under controlled processing conditions.
