摘要
基于2010—2023年我国31个省份的面板数据,通过构建固定效应模型、机制分析模型和空间溢出效应模型,分析了新质生产力对碳排放规模及碳排放强度的影响。研究发现:新质生产力能够显著抑制碳排放规模和碳排放强度,且结论经多种工具检验后依然稳健;新质生产力可以通过产业结构高级化、产业结构合理化、提升资源配置效率等降低碳排放规模和强度;新质生产力对碳排放的影响存在地区差异性和单门槛效应;本地新质生产力的发展会提高与其经济实力相近地区的碳排放,产生虹吸效应。
Utilizing panel data from 31 provinces in China spanning 2010 to 2023,this research develops a fixed-effects model,a mechanism analysis model,and a spatial spillover effect model to evaluate the influence of new-quality productivity on the scale and intensity of carbon emissions.The results demonstrate that new-quality productivity exerts a substantial suppressive effect on both the scale and intensity of carbon emissions.This conclusion is robust,having been validated through multiple instrumental variables.The reduction in carbon emissions is achieved through upgrading the industrial structure,rationalizing the industrial structure,and enhancing the efficiency of resource allocation.Moreover,the impact of new-quality productivity on carbon emissions displays regional disparities and a single-threshold effect.The advancement of local new-quality productivity levels may lead to an increase in carbon emissions in regions with comparable economic strength due to a siphon effect.
