汾河流域乡村地域多功能时空分异特征及分区振兴策略

Rural Multifunctional Spatiotemporal Differentiation Characteristics and Zoned Revitalization Strategies in Fenhe River Basin

摘要 科学的研究乡村地域多功能的分异特征,合理地进行乡村地域多功能分区分类是推进乡村协调可持续发展的基础.从农业生产、非农业生产、生活保障、生态保护四个维度构建乡村地域多功能指标评价体系,分析2010-2020年汾河流域乡村地域功能的时空分异特征,并借助自组织映射(SOFM)神经网络模型和地理探测器进行乡村地域多功能类型划分,进而提出分区振兴策略.研究结果表明:1)汾河流域生活保障功能均值显著增加且区域差异增大,生态保护功能均值明显下降且标准差波动较大,农业生产发展均衡性最差,非农业生产功能的区域差异逐步收敛.2)2010-2020年,农业生产功能高值区始终集中于耕作条件良好的中下游平原区.非农业生产功能呈“北高南低”的梯度分布格局.生活保障功能高值区和较高值区集聚于太原、临汾主城区周边,低值区和较低值区主要分布于吕梁山区和太行山区.生态保护功能高值区分布于上游吕梁山区,而低值区和较低值区集中于中、下游的工农业集聚区.3)将汾河流域乡村地域划分为农业生产-生活保障型、生态保护-非农业生产型、生活保障-非农业生产型、农业生产-非农业生产型和弱综合型5个类型区.按照“扬长补短,协调发展”的思路提出不同区域空间发展的对策建议. Scientifically studying the differentiated characteristics of ruralmultifunctionality and rationally dividing and classifying ruralmultifunctional zones are the foundation for promoting coordinated and sustainable development in rural areas.From four dimensions:agricultural production,non agricultural production,living security,and ecological protection,a ruralmultifunctional indicator evaluation system is constructed.It analyzes the spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics of rural multifunctional zones inFenhe River Basin from 2010 to 2020,and utilizes the SOFM neural network model and geographical detectors to classify rural multifunctional types,subsequently proposing zoning revitalization strategies.The research results indicate that:1)The mean value of the living security function has increased significantly,with regional differences widening.The mean value of the ecological protection function has declined significantly,with a large fluctuation in standard deviation.The development of agricultural production is the least balanced,while regional differences in non agricultural production functions are gradually converging.2)From 2010 to 2020,high value areas of agricultural production function have always been concentrated in the middle and lower reaches of plains with good farming conditions.Non agricultural production functions exhibit a gradient distribution pattern of"high in the north and low in the south",Living security functions are clustered around the main urban areas of Taiyuan and Linfen.Low value and relatively low value areas are mainly distributed in the Luliang and Taihang mountain areas.High value areas of ecological protection functions are distributed in the upstream Luliang mountain area,while low value and relatively low value areas are concentrated in industrial and agricultural agglomeration areas in the middle and lower reaches.3)The rural areas of Fenhe River Basin are divided into five types:agricultural production living security,ecological protection non agricultural production,living security non agricultural production,agricultural production non agricultural production,and weak comprehensive.Suggestions and countermeasures for spatial development in different regions are proposed following the principle of"leveraging strengths,addressing weaknesses,and achieving coordinated development".
