摘要
促进大学毕业生高质量充分就业是新时代新征程就业工作的新定位和新使命。随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的纵深发展,加快新质生产力发展已经成为推进当前社会快速发展的首要任务。基于新质生产力背景,提出要精准对接市场需求、坚持政策引领、持续加强校企合作、改革人才培养模式、调整课程体系、开发培训课程、推进就业指导服务系统化、建立就业信息平台等策略,多维度探索促进大学毕业生高质量充分就业的路径,助力学生实现高质量就业、促进经济社会高质量发展。
Promoting high-quality and adequate employment for university graduates is the new positioning and mission of employment work in the new era and new journey.With the in—depth development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,accelerating the development of new quality productivity has become the primary task for promoting the rapid development of society.Based on the background of new quality productivity,strategies such as accurately matching market demand,adhering to policy guidance,continuously strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,reforming talent training models,adjusting curriculum systems,developing training courses,promoting the systematization of employment guidance services and establishing employment information platforms are proposed.These strategies explore multiple dimensions to promote high-quality and adequate employment for university graduates,helping students achieve high-quality employment and promoting high-quality economic and social development.
