摘要
青年大学生专业能力赋能乡村振兴,是实现产教融合与人才全面发展的战略路径。以曹妃甸为实证场域,通过问卷星开展调研,对乡村需求侧精准画像,高校据此构建“专业—产业”五维耦合路径。创新提出高校育人体系重构路径,形成可复制的“需求识别—资源匹配—能力转化”参与范式,为推动乡村产业振兴提供理论与实践双支撑。
The empowerment of rural revitalization through the professional capacities of young university students constitutes a strategic pathway for achieving industry-education integration and holistic talent development.Taking Caofeidian area as an empirical research site,a survey was conducted via Questionnaire Star to create a precise profile of rural demand.Accordingly,higher education institutions construct a"discipline—industry"five—dimensional coupling pathway.Innovatively proposing restructuring paths for the university talent cultivation system,this research establishes a replicable participation paradigm of"demand identification—resource matching—capacity transformation",providing dual theoretical and practical support for advancing rural industrial revitalization.
