摘要
在乡村振兴战略背景下,高职教育需以教育家精神为价值引领、学习共同体为组织载体,破解人才培养与乡村需求适配性难题。研究基于社会学习、文化再生产及复杂适应系统理论,构建“三阶渗透”理论模型,指出教育家精神通过使命伦理、实践智慧、文化自觉三重维度推动学习共同体实现“理念具象化—经验场景化—机制长效化”动态转化,进而提出建构多元主体协同的学习共同体,借助课程渗透、实践淬炼、文化共生实现符号空间的精神编码与认知转化、物理空间的具身认知与能力生成、社会空间的价值固化与生态反哺,为培养“下得去、用得上、留得住”的乡村振兴人才提供理论与实践方案,助力职业教育高质量发展与乡村振兴共生共荣。
Against the backdrop of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,higher vocational education must take educator spirit as its value guidance and learning communities as its organizational carrier to address the challenge of matching talent cultivation with rural needs.Drawing on social learning theory,cultural reproduction theory,and complex adaptive system theory,this study constructs a"Three—Stage Infiltration"theoretical model,demonstrating that educator spirit drives learning communities to achieve dynamic transformation through three dimensions—mission ethics,practical wisdom and cultural awareness—leading to"conceptual embodiment—experiential contextualization—institutional sustainability".The study proposes building learning communities with multi—stakeholder collaboration,achieving spiritual coding and cognitive transformation in symbolic spaces(curriculum),embodied cognition and capability development in physical spaces(practice),and value consolidation and ecological feedback in social spaces(culture)through curriculum infiltration,practical tempering and cultural symbiosis.This framework provides theoretical and practical solutions for cultivating rural revitalization talents who are"capable of going to rural areas,being useful in practice and staying rooted there",fostering the integrated development of high—quality vocational education and rural revitalization.
