摘要
皱胃的正常解剖学位置改变,称为皱胃变位。皱胃变位是奶牛常见的一种皱胃疾病,按其变位的方向分为左方变位(LDA)和右方变位(RDA)两种类型。很多疾病如酮病、低血钙、乳房炎、子宫内膜炎等均能继发皱胃变位。近年来随着奶牛单产的不断提高,围产期疾病高发,皱胃变位的发病率也在逐年升高,本文监测的黑龙江省某规模奶牛场,2022年此病发病率达到4%,给牧场生产带来巨大经济损失,因此对此病需引起高度重视,认真分析发病原因,从源头上控制发病,同时采取最佳诊疗方案,把损失降到最低,实现牛场的降本增效。
Displaced abomasum(DA),a common gastric disorder in dairy cows,refers to the abnormal anatomical displacement of the abomasum.Based on the direction of displacement,it is classified into left displaced abomasum(LDA)and right displaced abomasum(RDA).This condition is often secondary to other metabolic and inflammatory diseases,including ketosis,hypocalcemia,mastitis,and endometritis.In recent years,with the continuous increase in dairy cow productivity,the incidence of periparturient diseases has risen significantly,leading to a progressive annual increase in DA cases.For instance,in large-scale dairy farms monitored in Heilongjiang province,the incidence rate of DA reached 4%in 2022,causing substantial economic losses.Therefore,analyzing the etiology of DA to implement source-directed prevention,adopting optimal diagnostic and therapeutic protocols,and minimizing economic impacts are critical strategies to ensure herd health and achieve cost-effective production.
