提出一种基于FBG传感器的刮板输送机形态曲线重构方法,通过应变测量与曲率迭代算法实现空间坐标转换。系统采用高精度FBG传感器与解调仪,结合温度补偿和噪声滤波技术提升数据可靠性。工业测试表明,该方法重构误差较传统手段降低35%以上,为输送机智能监测提供了有效解决方案。
This paper proposes a method for reconstructing the profile curve of a scraper conveyor based on FBG sensors,achieving spatial coordinate transformation through strain measurement and curvature iteration algorithms.The system employs high-precision FBG sensors and demodulators,incorporating temperature compensation and noise filtering techniques to enhance data reliability.Industrial testing demonstrates that this method reduces reconstruction errors by over 35%compared to conventional approaches,providing an effective solution for intelligent conveyor monitoring.
