摘要
针对烟草切丝机下排链托条在长期运行中因磨损导致的更换频繁、生产效率降低等问题,以提升托条耐磨性为核心目标,结合烟草切丝机铜排链传动特性,开展托条结构设计与耐磨材料改进研究。通过建立托条受力模型,确定关键设计参数,并对比分析传统45钢、QT600-3球墨铸铁与新型高铬铸铁3种材料的耐磨性能,最终提出优化后的托条结构方案。结果表明,采用新型高铬铸铁材料的托条使用寿命较传统45钢托条提升2.3倍,高铬铸铁托条表现最优,每月磨损量仅0.008~0.015 mm,8月累计磨损量仅0.10 mm,磨损程度远低于前两种材料,印证其耐磨性能较前两种材料提升87.5%、75%,有效降低了烟草生产过程中的设备运维成本。
In response to the problems of frequent replacement and reduced production efficiency caused by wear and tear of the lower row chain support bars of tobacco cutting machines during long-term operation,this study focuses on improving the wear resistance of the support bars as the core goal,combined with the transmission characteristics of the copper row chain of tobacco cutting machines,to carry out research on the design of the support bar structure and the improvement of wear-resistant materials.By establishing a force model for the support bar,determining key design parameters,and comparing and analyzing the wear resistance of traditional 45 steel,QT600-3 ductile iron,and new high chromium cast iron,an optimized support bar structure scheme is finally proposed.The application test results show that the service life of the bracket made of the new high chromium cast iron material is 2.3 times longer than that of the traditional 45 steel bracket.The high chromium cast iron bracket performs the best,with a monthly wear of only 0.008 mm~0.015 mm and a cumulative wear of only 0.10mm in August,which is much lower than the previous two materials.This confirms that its wear resistance is 87.5%and 75%higher than other materials,effectively reducing the equipment operation and maintenance costs in tobacco production.
