摘要
为有效控制带式输送机多驱动功率的平衡,提出带式输送机动态特性分析与多驱动功率平衡控制策略研究。通过建立带式输送机的动力学模型,模拟了输送机在5 m/s和10 m/s两种稳定运行速度下的动态特性。重点分析不同速度对输送带动张力、启动响应时间及系统稳定性的影响规律。并设计一基于预设逻辑规则与实时参数调节的控制器,通过CAN总线与多台变频器实现高速数据交互,以实现多个驱动单元之间的功率平衡调节。实验结果表明:该功率平衡控制策略能够有效减少功率不平衡现象,得到了较为理想的控制效果,证明了该控制策略的优越性和实用性。
To effectively control the power balance of multi-drive belt conveyors,this study analyzes their dynamic characteristics and proposes a multi-drive power balancing control strategy.By establishing a dynamic model of the belt conveyor,its dynamic characteristics were simulated at two steady-state operating speeds:5 m/s and 10 m/s.The study focused on analyzing the influence patterns of different speeds on belt tension,start-up response time,and system stability.A controller based on preset logic rules and realtime parameter adjustment was designed.High-speed data interaction was achieved via CAN bus with multiple variable frequency drives(VFDs)to realize power balancing regulation among multiple drive units.Experimental results demonstrate that this power balancing control strategy effectively reduces power imbalance phenomena,achieving relatively ideal control performance.This validates the superiority and practicality of the control strategy.
