变速箱铸铝中壳镗铣夹具优化设计

摘要 变速箱中壳轴承孔的形位精度低会直接导致齿轮啮合精度下降,进而影响变速箱总成的NVH(噪声、振动与声振粗糙度)性能。为提升铸铝中壳轴承孔的形位精度,对随行夹具进行结构优化设计,经过深入的分析、试验,设计了新型夹具,操作方便,夹持稳定,提升了变速箱铸铝中壳轴承孔的形位精度,减少中壳装夹变形。 The low shape and position accuracy of the middle shell bearing hole of the gearbox will directly lead to the degradation of the gear meshing accuracy,which in turn will affect the NVH(noise,vibration and harshness)performance of the transmiss.In order to improve the shape and position accuracy of the cast aluminum middle shell bearing hole,the accompanying fixture was optimized for structural design,and after in-depth analysis and test,a new type of fixture was designed,which was easy to operate and stable to clamp,which improved the shape and position accuracy of the cast aluminum middle shell bearing hole of the gearbox and reduced the clamping deformation of the middle shell.
