鱼类剖切拆分一体自动化机械装置设计

摘要 为了提升鱼类加工的自动化水平,研究设计了一种鱼类剖切拆分一体自动化机械装置。实验结果显示,设备的剖切速度、深度和剖切刀倾斜角度是影响剖切效果的关键因素。通过实验确定研究提出的设备的最佳剖切参数为鱼类传送速度7.54 cm/s、刀具传送速度10.3 cm/s,剖切深度5.6 mm,剖切刀倾斜角度40.4°。在上述条件下,剖切得分分别为88分、92分和90分。同时,内脏分离机构的测试结果表明,分离铲角度对内脏去除效果影响显著,在14°的分离铲角度下,内脏去除率最高,为93.5%。上述结果表明,研究提出的鱼类剖切拆分一体自动化装置在提高鱼类加工效率和质量方面的有效性,为鱼类加工自动化提供了新的可能性。 In order to improve the automation level of fish processing,a fish cutting and splitting integrated automated mechanical device has been studied and designed.The experimental results show that the cutting speed,depth,and inclination angle of the cutting blade of the equipment are the key factors affecting the cutting effect.The optimal cutting parameters for the proposed equipment were determined through experiments to be a fish conveying speed of 7.5cm/s,a tool conveying speed of 10cm/s,a cutting depth of 5mm,and a cutting blade inclination angle of 40°.Under the above conditions,the cutting scores are 88 points,92 points,and 90 points,respectively.Meanwhile,the test results of the visceral separation mechanism showed that the angle of the separation shovel had a significant impact on the visceral removal efficiency.At a separation shovel angle of 14°,the visceral removal rate was the highest,reaching 93.5%.The above results indicate that the proposed fish cutting and splitting integrated automation device is effective in improving the efficiency and quality of fish processing,providing new possibilities for fish processing automation.
