摘要
以K形密封结构和U形密封结构为研究对象,基于正态分布函数建立了随机载荷模型,利用MATLAB软件采用rand函数获得90组随机载荷值后施加到两种密封圈结构的密封面上,采用有限元方法对比分析了K形和U形两种密封结构的密封性能。结果表明:在考虑随机载荷波动情况下,K形密封结构在接触应力最大值、有效接触宽度和回弹量的均值及方差值均高于U形密封结构;U形密封结构在有效接触宽度和回弹量方面的统计稳定性表现更佳;在随机载荷情况下,K形密封结构密封性能优于U形。
Taking K-shaped and U-shaped seal structures as research subjects,a random load model based on the normal distribution function was established.Using the rand function in MATLAB software,90 sets of random load values were obtained and applied to the sealing surfaces of the two seal structures.The sealing performance of the K-shaped and U-shaped seal structures was compared and analyzed using the finite element method.Results indicate that under random load fluctuations,the K-shaped seal structure exhibits higher mean and variance values for maximum contact stress,effective contact width,and rebound than the U-shaped seal structure.However,the U-shaped seal structure demonstrates superior statistical stability in effective contact width and rebound.Overall,the K-shaped seal structure outperforms the U-shaped seal structure in sealing performance under random loading conditions.
