摘要
目的:探究中药热敷联合耳穴贴压干预用于胃脘痛患者对症状改善及复发控制的影响效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年12月洪湖市中医医院收治的1311例胃脘痛患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组(655例)及对照组(656例)。比较两组临床症状积分、治疗效果、生活质量评分及复发率。结果:观察组临床症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发控制评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗胃脘痛方面,中药热敷联合耳穴贴压干预治疗效果更为理想,可对胃脘痛的复发实现有效控制。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of combined herbal compresses and auricular acupuncture patches in improving symptoms and controlling recurrence in patients with epigastric pain.Method:A total of 1311 patients with epigastric pain admitted to Honghu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected as study subjects.Using a random number table method,they were divided into an observation group(n=655)and a control group(n=656).Clinical symptom scores,treatment efficacy,quality of life scores,and recurrence rates were compared in both groups.Result:In comparison of the control group,the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower,the therapeutic efficacy was superior,the quality of life scores were higher,the recurrence control scores were superior,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of epigastric pain,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine hot compresses and auricular acupuncture offers more favorable outcomes,effectively controlling the recurrence of epigastric pain.
