Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of bone-pricking bloodletting combined with Yu's Quyu Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)of the blood stasis obstruction type.Method:A total of 72 patients with blood stasis obstruction-type KOA admitted to the Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 1,2020,to December 31,2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=36,treated with Yu's Quyu Tongluo Decoction+Etoricoxib capsules)and the observation group(n=36,treated with Yu's Quyu Tongluo Decoction+bone-pricking bloodletting).Pain(VAS score),knee joint function(WOMAC score),and hemorheological parameters were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The VAS and WOMAC scores of both groups were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group exhibited a significant reduction in hemorhedogical parameters, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of bone-pricking bloodletting and Yu's Quyu Tongluo Decoction demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in treating blood stasis obstruction-type KOA,effectively alleviating pain, improving knee joint function, and optimizing hemorheological parameters.
