摘要
随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,市级公立医院作为区域医疗服务体系的重要组成部分,面临着日益激烈的市场竞争和复杂的内外部环境变化。人力资源管理作为医院管理的核心环节,直接影响医院的服务质量、运营效率及可持续发展能力。因此,如何科学有效地进行人力资源管理,成为医院亟待解决的问题。而SWOT分析作为一种战略分析工具,能系统地识别组织的内部竞争优势与劣势、外部机会与威胁,为科学制订管理策略提供有力支持。基于此,文章采用SWOT分析法,对市级公立医院人力资源管理进行了全面剖析。分析了市级公立医院在人力资源管理上的竞争优势与劣势,面临的机会与潜在的威胁,并阐述了市级公立医院人力资源管理的对策,以供参考。
With the continuous deepening of the healthcare system reform,municipal public hospitals,as an important component of the regional medical service system,are facing increasingly fierce market competition and complex internal and external environmental changes.As the core link of hospital management,human resource management directly affects the service quality,operational efficiency,and sustainable development capability of hospitals.Therefore,how to scientifically and effectively manage human resources has become an urgent problem for hospitals to solve.As a strategic analysis tool,SWOT analysis can systematically identify an organization's internal competitive advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats,providing strong support for scientifically formulating management strategies.Based on this,this article adopts the SWOT analysis method to comprehensively analyze the human resource management of municipal public hospitals.It analyzes the competitive advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and potential threats faced by municipal public hospitals in human resource management,and elaborates on the countermeasures for human resource management of municipal public hospitals for reference.
