摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,其具体病因至今仍不明确,发病机制主要涉及肠黏膜屏障功能障碍、肠道微生物群失衡、免疫反应异常、感染、遗传等方面。然而在全球范围内,其患病率正在逐年上升,严重危害人类的生命健康。目前的治疗方法存在易反复、不良反应大等问题,且疗效欠佳。因此,急需一种更有效的方法来治疗UC。电针疗法,特别是电针足三里穴位,在UC的治疗中发挥了重要的作用,但其背后的机制仍有待探索。本文针对电针刺激足三里治疗UC的效果及现有的作用机制进行了总结,以期为临床上推广应用该疗法治疗UC提供科学的依据。
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease.Its specific cause remains unclear to this day.The pathogenesis mainly involves intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction,intestinal microbiota imbalance,abnormal immune response,infection,genetics and other aspects.However,on a global scale,its prevalence rate is increasing year by year,seriously endangering human life and health.The current treatment methods have problems such as easy recurrence and significant adverse reactions,and the therapeutic effect is not satisfactory.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a more effective method to treat UC.Electroacupuncture therapy,especially electroacupuncture at the Zusanli acupoint,has played an important role in the treatment of UC,but the underlying mechanism still needs to be explored.This article summarizes the effect of electroacupuncture stimulation of Zusanli in the treatment of UC and the existing mechanism of action,with the aim of providing a scientific basis for the clinical promotion and application of this therapy in the treatment of UC.
