摘要
目的:探讨三维取穴埋线疗法治疗缺血性卒中恢复期风痰阻络证患者的临床效果。方法:将2023年1月—2025年3月于广安门医院济南医院脑病科就诊的96例缺血性卒中恢复期风痰阻络证患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例。对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用三维取穴埋线疗法。两组治疗8周。对比两组治疗前后血脂、同型半胱氨酸、中医证候积分、神经功能及日常生活能力。结果:治疗8周后,治疗组中医证候积分、NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,治疗组改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C、同型半胱氨酸低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三维取穴埋线治疗可明显改善缺血性卒中恢复期风痰阻络证患者的中医证候、神经功能及日常生活能力,有效降低血脂、同型半胱氨酸。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of three-dimensional acupoint selection and catgut embedding therapy in patients with Fengtan Zuluo syndrome during the recovery period of ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 96 patients with Fengtan Zuluo syndrome during the recovery period of ischemic stroke who visited the Department of Neurology,Jinan Hospital of Guang’anmen Hospital from January 2023 to March 2025 were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the treatment group was treated with three-dimensional acupoint selection and catgut embedding therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The lipid levels,homocysteine levels,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,neurological function,and daily living ability before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After 8 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the modified Barthel index(MBI)score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the TC,TG,LDL-C,and homocysteine in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional acupoint selection and catgut embedding therapy can significantly improve the TCM syndrome,neurological function and daily living ability of patients with Fengtan Zuluo syndrome during the recovery period of ischemic stroke,and effectively reduce blood lipids and homocysteine.
