摘要
目的:分析胫腓骨骨折患者应用精准化双线护理对康复效果及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年6月昆山市第一人民医院创伤骨科收诊的100例胫腓骨骨折患者为观察对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组应用精准化双线护理,护理至出院前1 d。比较两组患者恢复情况、膝关节功能及生活质量。结果:观察组疼痛消退时间、肿胀消退时间、骨折愈合时间均较对照组早,术后牵拉时间、住院时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后3个月Lysholm各部分评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后3个月SF-36各维度评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胫腓骨骨折患者的临床护理中,应用精准化双线护理可缩短患者的恢复时间,提升恢复效果,并改善生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of precise double line nursing on rehabilitation efficacy and quality of life of patients with tibiofibular fracture.Method:A total of 100 patients with tibiofibular fracture in Department of Traumatic Orthopedics,Kunshan First People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received precise double line nursing,nursing until one day before discharge.The recovery conditions,knee joint function and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Result:The pain subsided time,swelling subsided time and fracture healing time in the observation group were all earlier than those in the control group,and the postoperative traction time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the scores of each section of Lysholm of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical nursing of patients with tibiofibular fracture,the application of precise double line nursing can shorten the recovery time,improve the recovery effect,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
