摘要
目的:探究间歇光疗联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片对新生儿高胆红素血症(HB)的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年11月瑞金市人民医院治疗的102例HB患儿作为研究对象,按信封抽签法分为常规组(n=51)和联合组(n=51)。常规组采用常规光疗,联合组采用间歇光疗联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、TBIL水平、炎症与肝功能指标及不良反应。结果:联合组治疗7 d后的总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗3、7 d后,联合组的TBIL水平低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,联合组CRP、IL-6、AST、ALT水平低于常规组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:间歇光疗联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗新生儿HB的效果显著,可显著降低TBIL水平,改善肝功能,且不会增加不良反应。
Objective:To explore the effect of intermittent phototherapy combined with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets,Live on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(HB).Method:A total of 102 children with HB treated in People's Hospital of Ruijin City from May 2022 to November 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the conventional group(n=51)and the combined group(n=51)according to the envelope lottery method.The conventional group was treated with conventional phototherapy,and the combined group was treated with intermittent phototherapy combined with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets,Live.The clinical efficacy,TBIL levels,inflammation and liver function indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group after 7 days of treatment was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 days of treatment,the TBIL levels in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,AST and ALT in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Intermittent phototherapy combined with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets,Live has a remarkable effect in the treatment of neonatal HB.It can significantly reduce the levels of TBIL,improve liver function,and does not increase adverse reactions.
