摘要
目的:观察重复经颅磁刺激及本体感觉神经肌肉促进(PNF)技术联合针灸治疗脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的临床效果。方法:选择2024年9—12月于新余钢铁集团有限公司中心医院进行康复治疗的脑卒中后平衡功能障碍患者88例,随机将其分为对照组与治疗组,各44例。对照组给予PNF技术、重复经颅磁刺激治疗,在此基础上,治疗组联合针灸治疗,连续治疗4周。比较两组平衡功能[Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表评分]、日常生活能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分]、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组Fugl-Meyer平衡量表、BBS评分较治疗前提高,且治疗组较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MBI评分较治疗前提高,且治疗组较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重复经颅磁刺激及PNF技术联合针灸治疗可改善脑卒中后平衡功能障碍患者平衡能力,促进生活能力的提升,获得良好效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)techniques combined with acupuncture in the treatment of balance dysfunction after stroke.Method:A total of 88 patients with balance dysfunction after stroke who received rehabilitation treatment in Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.Central Hospital from September to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was given PNF techniques and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy,on this basis,the treatment group was combined with acupuncture treatment,continuous treatment for 4 weeks.Balance function[Berg balance scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyer balance scale scores],ability of daily living[modified Barthel index(MBI)score]and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer balance scale and BBS of both groups increased compared to those before the treatment,and those in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,MBI scores of the two groups increased compared to those before the treatment,and that in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and PNF techniques combined with acupuncture can improve the balance ability of patients with balance dysfunction after stroke,promote the improvement of life ability,and obtain good results.
