摘要
目的:探究游离皮瓣移植术治疗四肢创伤性软组织缺损的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将上饶市人民医院2019年7月—2024年4月收治的102例四肢创伤性软组织缺损患者分为两组,每组51例。对照组行带蒂皮瓣移植术治疗,研究组行游离皮瓣移植术治疗。对比两组围手术期指标、术后3个月皮瓣坏死率、不良事件发生率及满意度。结果:相比于对照组,研究组手术时间长、术中出血量少、住院时间短(P<0.05)。研究组术后不良事件发生率及术后3个月皮瓣坏死率低于对照组,总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:游离皮瓣移植术治疗四肢创伤性软组织缺损有助于降低术后不良事件发生率,且术后3个月皮瓣坏死率较低,患者满意度较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of free flap transplantation in the treatment of traumatic soft tissue defects of the limbs.Method:A total of 102 patients with traumatic soft tissue defects of limbs admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from July 2019 to April 2024 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pedicled flap transplantation,and the study group was treated with free flap transplantation.Perioperative indexes,flap necrosis rate 3 months after the surgery,incidence of adverse events and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the operation time of the study group was longer,the intraoperative blood loss was less and the hospital stay was shorter(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse events and the rate of flap necrosis 3 months after surgery in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the overall satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The free flap transplantation in the treatment of traumatic soft tissue defects of the limbs helps to reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events,and the flap necrosis rate 3 months after surgery is relatively low,with a high patient satisfaction rate.
