摘要
目的:探究皮肤科外洗1号方治疗头部脂溢性皮炎的效果及对皮肤生理指标的影响。方法:将2022年12月—2024年3月北京市大兴区中西医结合医院收治的100例头部脂溢性皮炎患者根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=50)进行常规西医治疗,观察组(n=50)在对照组的基础上加用皮肤科外洗1号方,两组均治疗1周。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应、脂溢性皮炎症状体征积分、对生活质量的影响[皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)]及皮肤生理指标[经皮水分丢失(TEWL)、皮肤弹性及皮肤油脂]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组脂溢性皮炎症状体征积分、DLQI各维度评分及皮肤生理指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组脂溢性皮炎症状体征积分、DLQI各维度评分、TEWL及皮肤油脂显著低于对照组,皮肤弹性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤科外洗1号方在头部脂溢性皮炎中的疗效好,安全性高,可显著减轻患者症状,改善皮肤生理状态和生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Dermatology External Washing No.1 Formula in the treatment of head seborrheic dermatitis and its influence on skin physiological indexes.Method:One hundred patients with head seborrheic dermatitis admitted to Beijing Daxing District Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from December 2022 to March 2024 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=50)received conventional western medical treatment,and the observation group(n=50)was treated with Dermatology External Washing No.1 Formula on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for one week.The therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,symptoms and signs scores of seborrheic dermatitis,impact on quality of life[dermatological life quality index(DLQI)]and skin physiological indicators[transepidermal water loss(TEWL),skin elasticity and skin sebum]of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the symptoms and signs scores of seborrheic dermatitis,the scores of each dimension of DLQI and the skin physiological indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptoms and signs scores of seborrheic dermatitis,the scores of each dimension of DLQI,TEWL and skin sebum in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the skin elasticity was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Dermatology External Washing No.1 Formula has a good therapeutic effect and high safety in head seborrheic dermatitis,which can significantly alleviate the symptoms of patients and improve the skin physiological state and quality of life.
