摘要
包装行业普遍存在成型缺陷导致泄漏、微粒污染等各类风险,高密度聚乙烯吹塑或注吹成型工艺中仍存在壁厚不均、表面缺陷、机械性能不足等典型缺陷,这些缺陷对产品关键质量属性产生了一定程度的影响,因此文章从力学强度、阻隔性等方面对工艺的影响机制展开研究。
In the packaging industry,there are various risks such as leakage and particulate pollution caused by molding defects,and there are still typical defects such as uneven wall thickness,surface defects,and insufficient mechanical properties in the high-density polyethylene blow molding or injection blowing molding process,which have a certain degree of impact on the key quality attributes of the product.
