摘要
传统茶多酚检测方法步骤繁杂,需操作专业性设备,这限制了其发展和应用。本研究提出了一种创新实验方法,利用智能手机对市售茶饮料中的茶多酚含量进行检测。该方法采用RGB调色板作为光源,结合智能手机的光照强度传感器和“phyphox”应用软件,对没食子酸标准溶液及茶饮料样本茶多酚含量的吸光度进行测量。通过Excel 2023软件以及Origin8.0软件进行数据处理,建立了标准没食子酸溶液吸光度与浓度之间的线性关系,相关系数高达0.999,表明在10~50µg·mL^(-1)范围内具有良好的线性相关性。样本的加标回收率介于88.05%~106.02%。本方法为茶多酚的快速检测研究提供了新的思路,且利于在化学课堂教学中推广应用。
The traditional methods for detecting tea polyphenols are complex in steps and require the operation of professional equipment,which restrict their development and application.An innovative experimental method was proposed to detect the content of tea polyphenols in commercially available tea beverages by using smart phones.RGB color palette was used as a light source,combined with the light intensity sensor of smart phones and the“phyphox”application software,the absorbance of gallic acid standard solutions and the tea polyphenol content in tea beverage samples were measured.Through Excel 2023 software and Origin 8.0 software for data processing,a linear relationship between the absorbance and concentration of the standard gallic acid solution was established,with a correlation coefficient as high as 0.999,indicating a good linear correlation in the range of 10 to 50μg·mL^(-1).The spiked recoveries of samples ranged from 88.05%to 106.02%.This method provided new ideas for the research on rapid detection of tea polyphenols,and was conducive to popularization and application in chemistry classroom teaching.
