健美操教学动作编排创新策略研究

摘要 本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在分析健美操教学中动作编排创新价值的基础上,探讨其现存的动作编排问题,并提出相应的创新策略。研究发现:健美操教学动作编排的创新价值体现在激发学生学习兴趣、提升健美操教学质量、培养学生综合素质等方面。然而,当前健美操教学动作编排仍存在编排模式单一、学生参与度不足、缺乏创新性与趣味性、信息化应用程度较低等问题。据此,本文提出丰富教学编排模式、增强学生参与意识、提升编排的趣味性与创新性、推进信息技术与教学的深度融合等创新策略,以期提升健美操教学中动作编排的科学性与合理性,推动教学活动高效开展。 This study employed methods including literature research and logical analysis to examine the innovative value of movement choreography in aerobic gymnastics instruction.It identifies existing problems in current choreography practices and proposes corresponding innovative strategies.The findings indicate that innovation in choreography enhances student engagement,improves the overall quality of aerobic gymnastics teaching,and contributes to the development of students'comprehensive skills.However,prevalent issues persist,such as a lack of variety in choreographic models,low student participation,insufficient creativity and entertainment value,and limited integration of information technology.In response,this paper suggests strategies to diversify instructional choreography,increase student involvement,enhance creativity and fun in routines,and deepen the integration of information technology into teaching practices.These recommendations aim to improve the scientific rigor and rational nature of movement choreography in aerobic gymnastics instruction,thereby promoting more effective teaching and learning outcomes.
