摘要
本文采用文献资料法、录像观察法、四段指标评估法与数理统计法,对2025年世界乒乓球锦标赛决赛女子单打孙颖莎的4场共22局比赛技战术进行统计分析。结果显示:孙颖莎在比赛相持Ⅱ段得分率为58.7%,评定为优秀;其余3段的评定均为良好。发球方面,她以正手半出台球与反手长球区域发球为主,发球具备迷惑性且质量较高。正手技术发挥依旧强劲稳定,相较于以往,反手技术的使用频率有所提升。接发球时,她以反手拧拉技术为主,控制技术中摆短的使用率较低。在相持Ⅰ段和相持Ⅱ段中,其得分多凭借正手技术与反手拧拉实现。比赛过程中,孙颖莎能够根据比赛局势的判断和分析,及时调整技战术。建议:增加发球落点变化,提高前3拍的质量与得分率;接球时合理提高劈长的使用率,丰富接发球手段,减少接发球阶段与第4拍的失分。
This study employed literature research,match video observation,Four-Phase Evaluation Method,and statistical modeling to evaluate Sun Yingsha's technical and tactical performance across 4 matches(22 games)of women's singles competition at the World Table Tennis Championships Finals 2025.Key findings include:Sun achieved an excellent scoring rate of 58.7%in Rally Phase Ⅱ(prolonged rallies),with"good"ratings in the other three phases.Her serves primarily utilized forehand semi long balls and backhand deep serves,combining high disguise and consistent quality.While her forehand techniques remained dominant and stable,her backhand utilization frequency increased compared to previous competitions.During serve reception,she favored backhand flicks over short-push controls,and secured most points in Rally Phases Ⅰ-Ⅱ through forehand attacks and backhand flicks.Sun demonstrated strong adaptability,adjusting tactics dynamically based on match progression.Recommendations include increasing serve placement variability,enhancing quality and scoring efficiency in the first three strokes after service;strategically incorporating deep pushes during reception to diversify tactics and reducing errors in serve reception and fourth stroke transitions.
