中国海洋工程装备产业创新网络演化及影响因素

Research on the evolution and influencing factors of China′s marine engineering equipment industry innovation network

摘要 基于1985—2022年中国海洋工程装备制造产业的专利合作数据,综合运用社会网络分析和负二项回归等方法,剖析该产业创新网络演化规律及影响因素.结果表明:1)中国海洋工程装备产业创新合作经历了萌芽阶段、快速发展阶段、成熟阶段.创新网络规模扩大,核心节点从传统能源企业转向电力与可再生能源企业、高校及科研机构.2)企业成为产业技术创新的核心力量,而大专院校和科研单位的占比下降.创新合作从初期的产学研协同转变为母子公司及跨领域深度协作,合作模式多样化和复杂化.3)北京、天津、东营和青岛等东部沿海城市是创新合作的核心区域,随时间推移,以京津冀、长三角、珠三角及西安、成都为顶点的“菱形”格局逐渐成型,创新空间层级结构从单中心向多中心发展,形成北京、上海、东营等核心城市延伸至其他边缘城市的多层次网络体系.4)创新网络演化主要受多维邻近性影响,产业创新合作逐渐从制度整合转向技术协同的远程合作,经济、教育和研发投入在基础设施和人才供给方面起到间接支持作用.该结果可为优化产业创新资源配置,推动海洋经济高质量发展提供科学参考. Based on the patent cooperation data of China′s marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry from 1985 to 2022,social network analysis and negative binomial regression were comprehensively used to analyze the evolution law and influencing factors of the industry′s innovation network.The results showed that:1)the innovation cooperation in China′s ocean engineering equipment industry had experienced a stage of germination,rapid development and maturity,the scale of innovation network had expanded,and the core node had shifted from traditional energy enterprises to power and renewable energy enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions.2)enterprises had become the core force of industrial technological innovation,while the proportion of colleges and universities and scientific research institutions had decreased.Innovation cooperation had changed from the initial industry-university-research collaboration to parent-subsidiary companies and in-depth cooperation across fields,with diversified and complicated cooperation modes.3)the eastern coastal cities such as Beijing,Tianjin,Dongying and Qingdao had become the core regions of innovation cooperation.Over time,the"diamond shape"pattern with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Xi′an and Chengdu as the apex had gradually taken shape,and the spatial hierarchy of innovation had developed from single center to multi-center,form a multi-level network system extending from core cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Dongying to other peripheral cities.4)the evolution of innovation network was mainly influenced by multidimensional proximity.Industrial innovation cooperation had gradually shifted from institutional integration to remote cooperation of technological collaboration.Economic,education and R&D investment played an indirect supporting role in infrastructure and talent supply.The above results could provide scientific references for optimizing the allocation of industrial innovation resources and promoting the high-quality development of the marine economy.
