摘要
畅通城乡生产要素流动是实现乡村振兴与城乡融合发展的关键路径。乡村旅游作为一项跨区域、多要素交互的开放型经济活动,在促进城乡生产要素高效流动、缩小城乡发展差距方面发挥着重要的作用。然而,当前学术界尚未形成科学完善的评价体系以量化乡村旅游对促进城乡生产要素流动的贡献度。基于此,本文构建了包含基础要素、驱动要素和增值要素3个一级指标,7个二级指标和19个三级指标的评价体系,并运用专家调查法和层次分析法确定了各指标权重,为精准衡量乡村旅游在促进城乡生产要素流动中的效应提供了理论支撑。
Smoothing the flow of urban-rural production factors is a crucial pathway for achieving rural revitalization and integrating urban-rural development.As an open economic activity involving cross-regional and multi-factor interaction,rural tourism plays a significant role in promoting the efficient flow of urban-rural production factors and narrowing the development gap between urban and rural areas.However,the academic community has yet to establish a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system to quantify the contribution of rural tourism to the flow of urban-rural production factors.To address this gap,this paper constructs an evaluation system comprising three primary indicators(Basic Factors,Driving Factors,and Value-Added Factors),seven secondary indicators,and nineteen tertiary indicators.The Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)are employed to determine the weights of each indicator,providing a theoretical tool for accurately measuring the role of rural tourism in the flow of urban-rural production factors.
