草莓转录因子FaLEC2的生物信息学分析和亚细胞定位

摘要 转录因子LEC2在植物生长发育和脂肪酸代谢过程中发挥了关键作用,但其在草莓果实中的基因功能尚不清楚。以“章姬”草莓为试验对象,利用生物信息学结合亚细胞定位探究了草莓转录因子LEC2(FaLEC2)的生物学特性,发现FaLEC2与桃、梨、苹果的LEC2亲缘关系较近,属于B3家族转录因子。FaLEC2的蛋白预测分子量为27 195.03 kD,理论等电点为9.70,属于亲水蛋白。FaLEC2编码的蛋白由20种氨基酸组成,其中丝氨酸含量最高。亚细胞定位结果显示FaLEC2定位于细胞核中。本文为进一步研究草莓FaLEC2的功能奠定了理论基础。 The transcription factor LEC2 plays a critical role in plant growth,development,and fatty acid metabolism.However,its genetic function in strawberry fruits remains unclear.In this study,the biological characteristics of the strawberry transcription factor LEC2(FaLEC2)were investigated using bioinformatics analysis and subcellular localization,with“Zhangji”strawberry as the experimental object.The results revealed that FaLEC2 was closely related to LEC2 homologs in peach,pear,and apple,and belonged to the B3 family of transcription factor.The predicted molecular weight of FaLEC2 was 27195.03 kD,with a theoretical isoelectric point of 9.70,and it was a hydrophilic protein.The protein encoded by FaLEC2 consists of 20 amino acids,with serine being the most abundant.Subcellular localization analysis showed that FaLEC2 was localized in the nucleus.This study provided a theoretical foundation for further research on the function of FaLEC2 in strawberry.
