摘要
聚焦BIM应用型人才培养评价体系构建,深入调研分析评价机制存在理论与实践脱节等缺陷,从产教学研融合视角建立三级结构评价指标体系,并通过层次分析法与熵权法相结合的混合权重法确定各指标重要性。文中设计了包括高校教师与行业专家,还有企业导师在内的多元评价主体,结合BIM云平台的信息化过程监测,教学质量持续改进的结果应用反馈和BIM竞赛激励机制等实施策略,为高校工程管理专业以及土木工程类课程与企业及科研机构协同培养BIM人才提供了系统化评价工具,有助于缩小人才培养与AEC行业需求间的差距,提升BIM人才的工程实践能力与数字化建造素养以及创新应用能力,促进校企深度融合的BIM人才培养新生态。
This research focuses on constructing a quality evaluation system for BIMapplication-oriented talent cultivation.Through survey analysis,deficiencies in existing evaluation mechanisms were identified,including single evaluation subjects.From an industry-university-research integration perspective,a three-level evaluation index system was developed,encompassing four dimensions and 42 specific evaluation elements,with indicator importance determined through a mixed weighting method.The study designs implementation strategies including diversified evaluation subjects,informatized process monitoring,results application feedback,and incentive mechanisms.This provides a systematic evaluation tool for collaborative BIMtalent cultivation among universities,enterprises,and research institutions,helping to narrow the gap between talent cultivation and industry demands while enhancing market adaptability and innovation capabilities of BIM professionals.
