摘要
传统电缆与桥架布置在轨道交通供配电系统中面临空间使用效率低、施工进度慢及维护成本高等问题。文中基于上海地铁16号线的实际案例,并结合宁波卓安大厦等项目经验,深入探讨了母线槽技术作为桥架电缆替代方案的可行性。通过采用模块化扁平设计,减少了40%~60%的空间需求;预制标准组件使每日铺设进度达到100 m~150 m,提升了超过50%的工作效率;插接式连接提高了电路调整效率80%,并降低了全生命周期内的运维成本28%~42%。这些改进措施不仅压缩了强电井空间38%,还释放了额外的层高约0.28 m,并增强了对恶劣环境的适应性。
The paper indicates the problems in the traditional cable and bridge layout,including the low efficiency of space use,slow construction progress and high maintenance cost for the power supply system of rail traffic.It,based on the engineering case in the Metro Line 16 of Shanghai,integrates the project experience in Zhuo'an Mansion in Ningbo City,explores the feasibility of using the busbar trunking system as the altemative scheme for the bridge cable,reduces the space demands by 40%to 60%by adopting the modular flat design,promotes the work efficiency by more than 50%via the prefabricated standard components which ensure the daily laying progress about 100 meters to 150 meters,and the circuit adjustment efficiency is improved to 80%for the plug-in connection and the operation maintenance cost is lowered by 28%to 42%in the full life cycle.All the improvement measures can not only compress 38%of the high-voltage electrical shaft,release the additional floor height about 0.28 meter,but also enhance the buildings’adaptability for severe environment.
