摘要
为探究掺沥青路面铣刨料水稳碎石基层材料的性能特征,通过对比40%RAP掺量与未掺RAP组的水泥稳定碎石混合料,系统开展了无侧限抗压强度、冻融循环、水稳定性及干缩试验。结果表明:掺RAP的表面沥青虽削弱初期黏结强度,但促进了后期强度发展;掺RAP中密闭空隙结构能够有效提升抗冻性,且保持着较高抗水损害能力;干缩特性显示掺RAP组7 d累计干缩量较未掺组显著降低,证实RAP可抑制收缩开裂风险。研究结果揭示了掺RAP水稳碎石基层兼具环保效益与性能优势,促进了再生材料在道路工程中的应用。
To investigate the performance characteristics of cement-stabilized crushed stone base materials incorporating asphalt pavement milling material,a systematic study was conducted by comparing mixtures with 40%Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(RAP)content and non-RAP groups.Tests included unconfined compressive strength,freeze-thaw cycles,water stability,and dry shrinkage.The results showed that although the surface asphalt in RAP weakened the initial bonding strength,it promoted later strength development.The closed void structure in RAP effectively improved frost resistance while maintaining high resistance to water damage.Dry shrinkage characteristics revealed that the 7-day cumulative shrinkage of the RAP group was significantly lower than that of the non-RAP group,confiming that RAP inhibits shrinkage cracking risks.The findings demonstrate that RAP-incorporated cement-stabilized crushed stone bases combine environmental benefits with performance advantages,providing a theoretical basis for the application of recycled materials in road engineering.
