公路养护管理多目标优化方法研究

Research on multi-objective optimization methods for pavement maintenance management

摘要 为提高路面养护决策的科学性,将道路节点重要度纳入路段重要性体系中,综合考虑道路等级、路面性能、道路连接节点重要度、交通量、路网通达性的影响,构建综合路段重要性评价指标体系,提出基于遗传算法的公路养护管理多目标优化方法,从“资金最小化”和“路况最大化”两方面完善现有养护决策体系。研究发现,当以资金优先时,模型会更重视考虑路网通达性、节点重要度、道路等级的影响,当以路况优先时,模型会更重视路面性能、路网通达性、节点重要度的影响,当两个目标权重相近时,模型会综合考虑多指标的影响。结果表明,提出的公路养护管理多目标优化方法综合考虑了多方面影响因素,可以根据目标权重的动态变化实现对道路养护优先级排序的动态更新,并实现对养护方案的动态优化,提高了养护决策的科学性和可解释性。 To enhance the scientific nature of pavement maintenance decision-making,the importance of road nodes was incorporated into the importance system.By comprehensively considering factors such as road classification,pavement performance,node importance,traffic volume,and road network accessibility,a comprehensive mad section importance evaluation index system was established.A multi-objective optimization method for highway maintenance management based on genetic algorithms was proposed to improve the existing maintenance decision-making system from the perspectives of minimizing costs and maximizing road conditions.The study found that when prioritizing cost,the model placed greater emphasis on the influence of road network accessibility,node importance,and road classification.Conversely,when prioritizing pavement conditions,the model focused more on pavement performance,road network accessibility,and node importance.When the weights of these two objectives were similar,the model considers the impact of multiple indicators comprehensively.The results demonstrated that the proposed multi-objective optimization method for highway maintenance management accounted for various influencing factors,dynamically updates road maintenance priorities based on the evolving weights of objectives,and enabled dynamic optimization of maintenance plans.This approach enhanced the scientific rigor and interpretability of maintenance decision-making.
