装配式技术在复杂地下管网的施工应用与安全性研究

Research on construction application of prefabricated technology in complicated underground pipe network

摘要 针对城市化进程中复杂地下管网施工难题,文中系统开展装配式技术应用与安全性研究。通过预制构件优化设计、施工工艺创新及协同管理技术集成,实现施工效率与质量双提升,其中三维激光扫描定位技术使管道安装轴线偏差控制在±5 mm,BIM 4D管理系统提升施工效率40%。安全性监测数据表明,管网安装初期左端口、跨中与右端口应力值分别为11.6 MPa,9.6 MPa与11.5 MPa,4 d后降至9.6 MPa,8.2 MPa与9.7 MPa;最终变形量稳定在0.37 mm,0.29 mm与0.36 mm。故障监测显示,采用装配式技术的管网年泄漏故障仅8次,接口失效6次,有效验证了该技术在复杂地下管网施工中的可靠性与安全性。 According to the construction difficulties in the complicated underground pipe network during the urbanization,the paper undertakes the systematic research on the prefabricated technique application and its safety,realizes the mutual promotion of the construction efficiency and quality by optimal design for the prefabricated components,construction craft innovation and collaborative management technology integration,and indicates the 3D laser scanning positioning technology can ensure the pipeline installation axis to be controlled±5 mm,and for the construction efficiency is improved by 40%for 4D management system of BIM.The safety monitoring data show that the stress values at the left port,midspan and right port at the primary period of the pipe network installation are 11.6 MPa,9.6 MPa and 11.5 MPa,which are lowered to 9.6 MPa,8.2 MPa and 9.7 MPa respectively after the 4D management system.The paper shows that the final deformation amounts are maintained at 0.37 mm,0.29 mm and 0.36 mm.The fault monitoring displays that the times of the annual leakage failure is merely 8,the ones for the interface failure is 6,after the adoption of the prefabricated technology,which effectively proves that the technique is safe and feasible to be used in the complicated underground pipe network projects.
