摘要
结合普陀区具体项目工程,介绍了采用创新型弹卡式预应力混凝土实心方桩替代PHC管桩技术,并分析了XC方桩的工艺特点、主要技术及经济性,发现该预应力混凝土方桩技术具有绿色环保低碳、承载力高、经济性强、施工速度快、施工质量可靠等特点,比现行PHC管桩在各个方面均具有很大优势,项目实践效果显著。
This paper takes the Putuo District project as a case study,where innovative elastic-clamp prestressed concrete solid square piles were adopted to replace PHC pipe piles.Through an analysis of the square piles’process characteristics,Key technologies,and economic performance,it is found that this prestressed concrete square pile technology offers advantages such as environmental friendliness,low-carbon footprint,high load-bearing capacity,cost-effectiveness,rapid construction speed,and reliable construction quality.It demonstrates significant superiority over conventional PHC pipe piles in all aspects.The project has achieved satisfactory practical outcomes.
