摘要
高层、超高层商业建筑幕墙施工一般需要在建筑屋面设置高处作业吊篮平台,其施工方法的合理性、科学性、可操作性直接影响施工安全、进度及成本。结合某商业综合体项目,分析了基于屋面钢结构的轨道吊篮系统,总结出了一套架设于屋面幕墙钢结构龙骨上的单轨道幕墙吊篮施工方案。该施工方案是将吊篮悬挑支臂通过高强螺栓固定于女儿墙幕墙钢结构框架龙骨上,在悬挑支臂上安装吊篮单轨道,然后安装用于吊篮移动的电动葫芦系统,再安装吊篮框体,最终形成一套可移动电动吊篮,达到了项目幕墙施工的需求。
The curtain wall construction of high-rise and ultm-high-rise commercial buildings generally requires the installation of high-rise operation cradle platform on the roof of the building,and the reasonableness,scientificity and operability of its construction method directly affects the construction safety,progress and cost.A commercial complex project analyzed and researched the rail basket system based on the roof steel structure,and summarized a single rail curtain wall basket construction scheme erected on the roof curtain wall steel structure keel.The construction program is to fix the hanging support arm of the cradle on the steel structure frame keel of the curtain wall of the daughter wall through high strength bolts,then install the single track of the cradle on the hanging support arm,then install the electric hoist system for the movement of the cradle,and finally install the frame of the cradle,and finally form a set of mobile electric cradle,which meets the demand of the project's curtain wall construction.
