摘要
东盟作为中国新能源汽车出口的关键市场,其差异化的监管政策和认证体系对我国新能源汽车国际化布局具有重要影响。本文基于近年市场数据及各国政策搜集,概述了东盟五国(泰国、印度尼西亚、马来西亚、菲律宾、越南)新能源汽车的监管及认证现状,分析了各国的市场情况、管理部门、准入制度和标准法规的异同点,为中国新能源汽车出口东盟市场的认证标准适配与技术改进提供参考,并提出相应建议措施,以提升国产新能源汽车在东盟市场的综合竞争力。
As a pivotal market for China′s new energy vehicle(NEV)exports,ASEAN′s diverse regulatory policies and certification systems significantly impact the global expansion of Chinese NEVs.Drawing on recent market data and policy research,this paper examines the regulatory and certification frameworks for NEVs in five ASEAN countries—Thailand,Indonesia,Malaysia,the Philippines,and Vietnam—highlighting similarities and differences in market conditions,regulatory authorities,approval mechanisms,and technical standards.The study serves as a ref‑erence for adapting Chinese NEVs to ASEAN certification requirements and proposes actionable measures to en‑hance their competitiveness in the region.
