摘要
生物样本库作为生物样本集中处理、存储与分装的关键场所,是基因组学、生物组学及精准医疗等领域科研的重要源头。本文从生物样本库生物安全的核心内涵出发,通过分析英国生物样本库、上海长征医院生物样本库及武汉生物样本库等国内外典型实践案例,系统阐述了多维度技术支撑下生物样本库生物安全管控体系,包括自动化设备应用、管理系统优化、环境监测体系构建、条码与生物标记技术创新及样本灭活技术升级等方面的构建与实践路径。最后,通过分析构建与实践路径,总结了生物样本库生物安全建设的标准化、规模化与智能化经验。
Biobanks serve as critical hubs for the centralized processing,storage and aliquoting of biological specimens,forming the essential starting point for research in genomics,multi-omics and precision medicine.Starting from the core connotation of biosafety in biobanks,this paper systematically expounds the biosafety management and control system of biobanks supported by multi-dimensional technologies,including the application of automated equipment,optimization of management systems,construction of environmental monitoring systems,innovation of barcode and biomarker technologies,and upgrading of sample inactivation technologies,through analyzing typical domestic and foreign practical cases such as the UK Biobank,the Biobank of Shanghai Changzheng Hospital,and the Wuhan Biobank.Finally,by analyzing the construction and practical paths,the paper summarizes the standardization,scaling,and intelligentization experiences in the biosafety construction of biobanks.
