基于轴承热通量的高速电梯曳引机主轴智能监测方法研究

摘要 针对高速电梯曳引机主轴变形监测问题,提出了一种基于轴承热通量的主轴监测方法。首先通过构建高速电梯曳引机主轴数字模型,分析研究了主轴弯曲变形对轴承瞬时最大通量的影响,并获取了曳引机主轴不同变形量和转速下的热通量值。其次通过应用小波变换和YOLOv11模型,构建了基于轴承瞬时最大热通量的主轴运行实时监测模型,实现了对曳引机主轴弯曲变形情况实时有效的监测,确保高速电梯曳引机主轴的安全稳定运行。 To address the issue of spindle deformation monitoring in high-speed elevator traction machines,a spindle monitoring method based on bearing heat flux is proposed.Firstly,a digital model of the high-speed elevator traction machine spindle is established to analyze the influence of spindle bending deformation on the instantaneous maximum heat flux of bearings.Heat flux values under different spindle deformation levels and rotational speeds are obtained.Secondly,by applying wavelet transform and the YOLOv11 model,a real-time spindle operation monitoring model based on instantaneous maximum bearing heat flux is constructed.This model achieves real-time and effective monitoring of spindle bending deformation conditions,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the high-speed elevator traction machine spindle.
