BF型与QJ型瓦斯继电器重瓦斯动作特性比较研究

摘要 瓦斯继电器是油浸式变压器重要的非电量保护装置,本文采用实验与仿真方法,深入研究了BF型双浮球瓦斯继电器与QJ型瓦斯继电器重瓦斯动作特性及其差异。首先对两种瓦斯继电器结构和受力进行了对比分析,然后研制瓦斯继电器重瓦斯动作特性实验平台,分别测试分析了在不同故障程度激励下的重瓦斯动作流速、动作压强和重瓦斯动作信号。最后以实验测试流速曲线为边界条件,对两种瓦斯继电器内部流场和挡板动作特性进行数值仿真。研究结果表明:BF型的磁铁-挡板结构相比于QJ型的弹簧-挡板结构,从挡板转动到干簧管磁接点闭合时间更短,有更高的灵敏度,重瓦斯动作对应流速较为稳定,且挡板旋转角速度、角加速度在重瓦斯动作时的峰值更大,具有更高的速动性。 Gas relay is an important non⁃electric protection equipment in oil⁃immersed transformers,In this paper,the heavy gas action characteristics and differences between BF type double float gas relay and QJ type gas relay are studied by experiment and simulation.Firstly,the structure and force of the two types gas relays are analyzed re⁃spectively.Then the heavy gas action characteristic test platform of gas relay is developed,and the pipeline flow velocity,pressure and signal of heavy gas action under different fault excitation are tested and analyzed respective⁃ly.Finally,the pipeline flow velocity curve is taken as the simulated boundary condition,the flow field and the baffle rotating characteristics of the two type gas relays are simulated numerically.The research results show that compared with QJ gas relay of spring⁃baffle structure,BF gas relay of magnete⁃baffle structure has shorter time from baffle rotation to heavy gas action,and has higher sensitivity and more stable characteristics.The flow velocity cor⁃responding to heavy gas action is more stable,and the peak value of rotation angular velocity and angular accelera⁃tion of baffle is larger during heavy gas action,so it has good and quick movement.
