中小学校园建筑与空间设计研究--以泉州市鹤山小学为例

A Study of Architectural and Spatial Design in Primary and Secondary School Campuses--A Case Study of Heshan Primary School in Quanzhou

摘要 为应对校园建设的用地、功能与文化挑战,本文以泉州鹤山小学为例,提出以“动静分离、空间复合、文化赋能”为核心的设计方法论。研究阐述三大策略:通过“西动东静”分区与庭院式组团实现高效的动静分离与环境优化;构建多层级接送系统、“文枢廊”连廊体系及架空层、屋顶等泛教育空间,实现交通与教育功能的立体复合;运用现代设计语言转译地域文化元素,塑造具有认同感的校园场所精神。该实践为高密度城市下的校园建设提供了可借鉴的设计范式。 In order to meet the challenges of land use,function and culture of campus construction,this paper takes Quanzhou Heshan primary school as an example,and puts forward the design methodology with“dynamic and static separation,spatial composition,and cultural empowerment”as the core.The research elaborates three strategies:to achieve efficient dynamic and static separation and environmental optimization through“dynamic in the West and static in the East”zoning and courtyard group;Build a multi-level shuttle system,“Wenshu corridor”corridor system,overhead floors,roofs and other pan educational spaces to realize the three-dimensional combination of transportation and education functions;Use modern design language to translate regional cultural elements,and shape the campus spirit with a sense of identity.The practice provides a reference design paradigm for campus construction in high-density cities.
