摘要
在“双碳”目标下,探究城乡融合对黄河流域土地利用效率(LUE)的作用机制,可破解流域城乡失衡与生态约束矛盾。本文以黄河流域河南8市为对象,基于2010-2023年面板数据,用熵值法、超效率EBM模型、空间杜宾模型等进行研究。结果显示,城乡融合水平(URI)与土地利用效率(LUE)均波动上升,空间呈“东高西低”:二者空间负向错配为主,城乡融合是本地LUE关键驱动(每提1%,LUE升0.18%),科技、土地市场活力正向作用,财政约束、生态压力负向作用。
Under the‘dual carbon’goals,exploring the impact mechanism of urban-rural integration on low-carbon land use efficiency(LUE)in the Yellow River Basin can help resolve the conflict between urban-rural imbalance and ecological constraints in the basin.This paper focuses on eight cities in Henan Province within the Yellow River Basin and,based on panel data from 2010 to 2023,employs methods such as the entropy method,super-efficiency EBM model,and spatial Durbin model for the study.The results show that both the level of urban-rural integration(URI)and LUE fluctuate upward,with a spatial pattern of‘high in the east and low in the west.’The two mainly exhibit a spatial negative mismatch.Urban-rural integration is a key driver of local LUE(every 1%increase raises LUE by 0.18%).Technology and land market vitality have a positive effect,while fiscal constraints and ecological pressure have a negative effect.
