摘要
【目的】为探究普安盘江乌鸡的产蛋规律。【方法】以375只16周龄普安盘江乌鸡母鸡为研究对象,测定其开产性能(开产日龄、体重和蛋重)及21~43周龄产蛋数,并进行Pearson相关性与差异显著性分析,采用伍德、杨宁、分室和三次方程以及Gompertz、Logistic和Von Bertalanffy模型分别对周产蛋率和累计产蛋数进行曲线拟合。【结果】普安盘江乌鸡的开产日龄为163.34 d,开产体重为1768.34 g,开产蛋重为35.44 g,产蛋高峰期为26~33周,43周龄产蛋数为67.58个;开产性状之间互呈极显著正相关,开产日龄与43周龄产蛋数呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);最佳开产体重和日龄分别为1744.74 g和164.00 d;杨宁模型和Von Bertalanffy模型是拟合周产蛋率和累计产蛋数曲线的最佳模型,拟合度R^(2)分别为0.988和0.999。【结论】普安盘江乌鸡的最佳开产标准为24周龄、体重1750 g,开产日龄可作为产蛋数性状的间接选育指标,杨宁模型和Von Bertalanffy模型可以有效预测其产蛋趋势并指导产蛋期的饲养管理。
【Objective】This study aimed to explore the laying pattern of Puan Panjiang black-bone chickens.【Method】A total of 37516-week-old Puan Panjiang black-bone laying hens were selected as research subjects.The laying performance(age,body weight and egg weight at first egg)and egg production from 21 to 43 weeks of age for Puan Panjiang black-bone chickens were monitored.Pearson correlation analysis and significant tests were conducted.Laying rate and cumulative egg number from 21 to 43 weeks of age were modeled using the Wood,Yang-Ning,McMillan,and Cubic equation,as well as the Gompertz,Logistic,and Von Bertalanffy models respectively.【Result】The age at first egg of Puan Panjiang black-bone chickens was 163.34 d,the body weight at first egg was 1768.34 g,the egg weight at first egg was 35.44 g,the peak laying period occurred between 26 and 33 weeks of age,and the number of eggs laid by 43 weeks was 67.58.The extremely significant positive correlations(P<0.01)were observed among laying traits at first egg,while the age at first egg was significantly negatively correlated with the cumulative egg number by 43 weeks(P<0.01).The optimal body weight and age at first egg of Puan Panjiang black-bone chickens were 1744.74 g and 164.00 d,respectively.The Yang-Ning and Von Bertalanffy were the best models for fitting the laying rate and cumulative egg number of Puan Panjiang blackbone chickens from 21 to 43 weeks of age,with fitting degrees(R^(2))of 0.988 and 0.999,respectively.【Conclusion】The optimum standard of laying the first egg for Puan Panjiang black-bone chickens is 24 weeks of age with a body weight reached 1750 g approximately.The age at first egg can be used as an indirect selection indicator for improving egg production.The Yang-Ning and Von Bertalanffy models are effective in predicting laying trends of Puan Panjiang black-bone chickens and providing practical guidance for feeding and management during the laying period.
