摘要
【目的】明确不同莴笋品种的主要性状差异,为筛选适宜成都平原种植的品种提供科学依据。【方法】通过相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析法,对15个莴笋品种的株高、肉质茎长、肉质茎粗、单株毛重、可溶性糖等16个指标进行综合分析。【结果】15个莴笋品种各项指标的变异系数为2.98%~30.96%。其中,农艺性状、产量性状和品质性状中变异系数最大的指标分别为裂口数(18.50%)、小区毛重(10.34%)和维生素C(30.96%)。相关性分析发现,裂口数与茎皮厚度呈显著负相关,小区毛重与株幅、小区净重呈极显著正相关,维生素C与单株净重呈显著正相关。主成分分析从16个指标中提取出6个主成分,累计贡献率达82.33%,并筛选出决定莴笋综合性状的7个关键指标,即单株毛重、单株净重、可溶性糖、株幅、可溶性蛋白、肉质茎节间长度和裂口数。根据主成分分析结果构建莴笋品种的综合评分模型,发现‘蜀青香217’的综合得分最高(0.433),‘绵州长青’次之(0.411),‘三青皮’(-0.452)最低。聚类分析将15个莴笋品种划分为4个类群,综合性状较为突出的品种集中分布在类群Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ中。【结论】‘蜀青香217’‘绵州长青’和‘青又青’在产量、品质及耐储性方面具有优势,综合性状突出,可作为优选品种在成都平原种植和推广。
【Objective】To clarify the major trait variations among different stem lettuce varieties and provide a scientific basis for selecting varieties suitable for cultivation in Chengdu plain.【Method】A comprehensive analysis of 16 indexes,including plant height,enlarged stem length,enlarged stem diameter,gross weight per plant,and soluble sugar content,was conducted on 15 stem lettuce varieties by correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis.【Result】The coefficient of variation(C.V.)for all indexes of 15 stem lettuce varieties ranged from 2.98%to 30.96%.Among these,the indicators exhibiting the highest C.V.within agronomic traits,yield traits and quality traits were crack number(18.50%),gross weight per plot(10.34%),and vitamin C(30.96%),respectively.Correlation analysis revealed that the crack number was significantly negatively correlated with skin thickness of enlarged stem,gross yield per plot was extremely significantly positively correlated with plant breadth and net yield per plot,and vitamin C was significantly positively correlated with net weight per plant.Principal component analysis extracted six principal components from 16 indexes with a cumulative contribution rate of 82.33%,and identified seven key indexes determining the comprehensive traits of stem lettuce varieties,namely gross weight per plant,net weight per plant,soluble sugar,plant breadth,soluble protein,internode length of enlarged stem and crack number.A comprehensive evaluation model for stem lettuce varieties was constructed based on the principal component analysis results.It was found that'Shuqingxiang 217'obtained the highest comprehensive score(0.433),followed by'Mianzhouchangqing'(0.411),while'Sanqingpi'was the lowest(-0.452).Cluster analysis classified the 15 stem lettuce varieties into 4 groups,and the varieties with more prominent comprehensive traits were mainly distributed in groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅳ.【Conclusion】The varieties'Shuqingxiang 217','Mianzhouchangqing'and'Qingyouqing'demonstrated advantages in yield,quality,and storability.With their outstanding comprehensive traits,they are recommended as preferred varieties for cultivation and promotion in Chengdu plain.
