2种草地恢复方式对云南高原丘陵区退化草地真菌群落的影响

Effects of Fencing and Legume-Grass Mixtures on Soil Fungal Communities in Degraded Grasslands in the Hilly Areas of Yunnan Plateau

摘要 【目的】围栏封育和豆禾混播是云南高原地区退化草地常见的恢复措施。土壤真菌群落在草地恢复中具有多重关键作用,是维持生态系统功能和促进土壤健康的核心因素。【方法】通过探究云南高原丘陵区围栏封育草地(FG)和豆禾混播草地(RG)中土壤真菌多样性、群落组成及组装过程,探究2种草地恢复方式对云南高原丘陵区退化草地真菌群落的影响机制。【结果】相比围栏封育,豆禾混播草地真菌群落具有较高的Shannon多样性,但其β多样性较低。与围栏封育草地相比,豆禾混播草地提高了真菌组装过程中异质选择的确定性过程以及漂移的随机性过程,但降低了扩散限制在组装过程的相对重要性。与围栏封育草地相比,豆禾混播草地土壤p H从5.7升高至6.1,硝态氮含量显著提高288.2%;真菌Shannon指数与土壤p H和硝态氮含量显著正相关,其β多样性与土壤硝态氮含量显著负相关。【结论】与围栏封育相比,豆禾混播体系能够调节土壤因子和调控土壤真菌群落结构,恢复土壤环境,适合云南高原丘陵区退化草地的生态修复。 【Objective】Fencing and reseeding with legume-grass mixtures are common strategies for restoring degraded grasslands on the Yunnan Plateau.Soil fungal communities play a crucial role in grassland restoration and are vital for maintaining ecosystem functions and promoting soil health.【Method】This study compared soil fungal diversity,community composition,and assembly processes between fenced grasslands(FG)and reseeded grasslands(RG)in a hilly area of the Yunnan Plateau,aiming to elucidate how these two restoration approaches affect fungal communities in degraded grasslands.【Result】Results showed that RG exhibited higher fungal Shannon diversity but lower β-diversity compared to FG.In RG,deterministic processes(heterogeneous selection)and stochastic drift in fungal community assembly were strengthened,while dispersal limitation was reduced.RG also increased soil pH from 5.7 to 6.1 and significantly raised nitrate nitrogen content by 288.2%.Fungal Shannon diversity was positively correlated with soil pH and nitrate nitrogen content,whereas β-diversity was negatively correlated with nitrate nitrogen content.【Conclusion】Compared with fencing alone,legume-grass reseeding can regulate soil properties,shape soil fungal community structure,and improve the soil environment,demonstrating its suitability for ecological restoration of degraded grasslands in the hilly areas of the Yunnan Plateau.
